Mentored Study – Startup Project Scope Examples
- Company looking for an opportunity for a customer-focused, entrepreneurial mentee to support the development of the company’s customer and channel partner funnel, developing and refining the sales processes, metrics, and tools and establishing repeatable, measurable, and scalable approaches to building customer and partner relationships.
- Sourcing a student to help with longer-term Strategy & Analytics priorities within our club and league, with projects potentially including: helping to optimize the fan experience, assisting in the development of robust forecasting & segmentation models, identifying industry-relevant expansion revenue opportunities, etc.
