Registration

The 2024 Emerging Pedagogies Summit is open to all, with a registration deadline of Monday, October 7, 2024.

Registration fees:

  • Regular registration: $350
  • Group rate: $200 per person for groups of 3 or more – contact us at learninginnovation@duke.edu for more information about how to register your group
  • Duke community members: $0 – use your Duke email address and select the “Duke Community Member” option when registering. Duke community members include current faculty, staff and students, as well as emeritus faculty.

Cancellation Policies

Members of the Duke community who register but are unable to attend the Summit: please let us know by emailing ConferenceServices@duke.edu so that they may make your spot available to someone else on the waitlist. Please include the event title “EP Summit 2024” in the subject line of your message.

Cancellation policy for non-Duke registrants:

  • 100% refund (less $50 admin fee) for cancellations on or before September 9, 2024.
  • 50% refund for cancellations between September 10 and September 23, 2024
  • No refund for cancellations starting September 24 and later.
  • If you find you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to a colleague with at least 2 days’ notice.
  • In the unexpected event that the program is canceled or postponed by Duke, we are not responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
  • Email ConferenceServices@duke.edu to cancel or to transfer your registration. Please include the event title “EP Summit 2024” in the subject line of your message.
