Poster Session Information
Participation in the poster session is free for all students/trainees from Duke and external Universities.
All student/trainee poster presenters should submit a poster proposal using the link below. They are invited to attend the Thursday lunch without needing to register or pay a registration fee. However, if students/trainees would like to participate in the entire symposium, including the Thursday evening reception and banquet, they should register at this link and submit the $100 student registration fee. (Student/trainee status will be verified upon poster submission and/or registration.)
All submitted posters will give a traditional interactive poster presentation during one of two sessions:
Poster Session 1 – January 9, 2025 from10:45 – 12:15pm
Poster Session 2 – January 9, 2025 from 4:00 – 5:30pm
The poster session is an integral segment of the symposium, honoring Ed’s philosophy of life long learning. You will have ample time to explore the multitude of posters, while giving presenters the opportunity to display their research and interact with attendees. This session covers a wide array of topics, including quantitative methods and their applications in pharmaceutical development, clinical research, and biomedical studies.
