- Download the latest drivers here.
- Install software.
- Go to System Preferences or System Settings (macOS 13.+) – > Printer & Scanners -> Click “+” -> Click on Global for IPP printing.
- Address: 10.148.95.61
- Once it finds the printer. Set Name = 213 Mailroom. Under Options select: Option Tray = Lower Paper Tray, Internal Tray = Installed, Finisher = SR3260
- Open, Safari, Firefox or Chrome
- Click on File and select Print.
- Select 213 Mailroom then click on Print Using system dialog…
- Under “Printer Options” select Job Log and click on the circle “i”
- Check the box for Enable User Code. Enter your four-digit user code in the Text box below it.
- Click on the dropdown box under Orientation and select Printer Features. Under the option for Color Mode, select Black & White.
- Find the Presets drop-down list (located above Orientation).
- Select Save Current Settings as Preset …
- Enter a name for your preset and click OK. Leave what is there but at the end add -UserCode-BW
- NOTE: Make sure you have selected the preset before you print. It should remember this option on the next print job you do, but if not, double-check that you are using your stored presets.
Your user access code can only be printed in black and white.
