Dr. Yulin Liu is the Director & Head of Research at Bochsler Finance, leading research on macroeconomics, monetary economics, and crypto economics making seminal projects succeed in the blockchain industry and the decentralized finance worldwide. He is also the Founder & CEO of Quantum Economics, a pioneering consulting and auditing company based in the crypto valley in Switzerland aiming at transferring intelligence of Economist to practical impacts globally. In 2018-2020 he led research on crypto-economics and on-chain governance system at DFINITY Foundation, where he contributed to the great purpose of internet computer revolution. 

In academia, he currently serves as an Affiliated Economics Professor at HUST. He was a visiting scholar at Bank of Finland in 2017. Since 2015, he has been constantly invited to give talks in major central banks and international conferences. 

Yulin received two Bachelor degrees in Physics from UCBL and Wuhan University in 2010, Master in Quantum Computation from ETH Zurich in 2012, and PhD in Economics from ETH Zurich in 2016.
