Terry Banfich is a systems trainer and analyst in the IT Services department within University Development. As part of her role, she trains Alumni Affairs and Development staff across the University and Health System on the use of the Duke Alumni and Development Database (DADD) and querying tool ENQUIRE. In addition to training, Terry provides desktop support, data analysis, and systems troubleshooting.
