Mindy has more than 25 years of information technology training experience. She specializes in developing training programs that incorporate business processes, involving collaboration with other functional groups to provide learners with an overall understanding and skills that result in increased efficiency and effectiveness. She has experience working with various types of industries, and various types of training platforms, including instructor-led and web-based training development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and has experience as a trainer, web-based training designer and developer, leader, collaborator, and facilitator.

Expertise: Instructor-led training, virtual training, web-based training development, group facilitation and leadership.
