Lisa has more than 30 years of experience specializing in Organization Development – the practice of building organizational effectiveness and individual growth to support positive change. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, teambuilding, consulting, facilitation, and training. She enjoys collaborating with others to creatively learn, practice, and apply new skills that result in increased success and effectiveness, both personally and professionally. Lisa has worked in large academic healthcare organizations and small nonprofits. As a Sr. Learning Consultant at Duke Clinical Research Institute, she offers classes in a wide variety of “soft skills”, facilitates retreats, and coaches and consults with leaders to develop their skills and that of their teams. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Seattle.
