Balancing the human, organization, management and technical aspects of IT programs and projects is at the core of my work as an IT program and project manager. Achieving program success while delivering project results and building teams is my passion. Currently, I work as Duke University’s DukeCard Senior Program Manager, focusing on delivery of access management and financial transaction services. I am a Certified True Colors Personal Success Awareness facilitator.

Since 2015, I have been a member of the National Association of Campus Card Users (NACCU) Professional Development committee which delivers educational opportunities year-round to the organization’s membership and develops our yearly conference agenda. I am a member of the faculty for the NACCU Standards and Guidelines program and a conference speaker.

I earned a BA from Michigan State University and a Graduate Professional Certification in Organizational Development from Georgetown University.

Competencies: program and project management, team development, communications, website content management, training and workshop facilitation
