Kim Brock currently serves as the Senior Manager for Financial Training supporting Duke University and Health System. Financial Training provides classroom and online skills development training including certification programs for employees whose jobs require them to interact with the institution’s financial systems. Financial Training partners with functional departments in Financial Services. As part of her role on the Financial Training team, Kim specializes in computer based instructional training for SAP and other administrative systems such as Budget and Buy@Duke, as well as accounting and business processes. She has a primary focus on Sponsored Research reporting and processes for Grants Managers. Kim has 30 years of financial accounting and training experience at Duke with extensive experience in designing and delivering classroom training and large group presentations, developing guides, producing online learning, as well as change management around systems implementations.
Education: Kim has a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
