Assistant Director, Learning and Organization Development

Dinetta Richardson is an Assistant Director in the Learning and Organization Development department. She specializes in educating adult learners to improve interpersonal skills and develop competencies that lead to personal and professional success. Her work experience includes facilitating professional development in areas related to improving communication skills, managing team conflict, developing high performing teams, effective leadership, and change management. In addition to facilitating classroom instruction, Dinetta offers consulting services, which include:
- Executive and Leadership Coaching;
- Retreat Design and Facilitation;
- And Strategic Planning and Implementation.
Dinetta’s education includes formal training and completion of certifications to improve the effectiveness of classroom and consulting engagements. She graduated from Mount Olive College with a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development. In 2009, she received a Master of Education degree specializing in Human Resource Development from North Carolina State University. She is qualified to administer the following assessments: MBTI, DISC, Strengths Finder, TKI Conflict Resolution, FIRO-B, and EQ-I Emotional Intelligence.
Her volunteer interests include serving as a career coach and image consultant for Dress for Success; and she currently serves on the Professional Advisory Council for the hospital chaplaincy program.
