Angela Rice-Warren is a training and development professional with almost 30 years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development, with 22 of those years spent in various roles at Duke. Currently at the Duke Private Diagnostic Clinic, she focuses on performance consulting. She designs, develops, and delivers customized education to help clinic staff improve the patient experience. She has extensive experience in both online and instructor-led training. Angela earned both a master’s degree in Adult Education and a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University. She also has certifications in TeamSTEPPS, instructional design, and training management.
