Abby Farrell is an instructional design and training development professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate training and adult learning. As Senior Practice Partner at Learning & Organization Development (L&OD), Abby has an extensive background in learning management systems, eLearning design and development and the application of adult learning principles. She currently serves as the administrator of Duke’s Learning Management System (LMS); her responsibilities include providing training and support to all university staff on catalog and content management in the LMS. She also manages the development, design and rollout of university wide eLearning courses to include diversity and sexual harassment. Abby continues to support competency-based talent management university wide, including Duke Health System and currently facilitates Project Management courses for L&OD’s professional development programs.
