Accessing Individual Dose Reports
The Individual Dose Report (IDR) by Landauer allows badged workers to login and look up their dose records online.
To protect your privacy, dose records will be displayed without any personal information. A step-by-step instruction is listed below – please note that if any information is provided incorrectly at any step, the website will return to the login page.
Step 1
– Go to www.myldr.com and sign in with the following credentials (this is the same for everyone):
– Username: DukeIDR
– Password: GetMyDose!
Step 2
– Once Logged in, select your account, which can be found on the back of your whole body dosimeter (pictured below)
Step 3
– On the next page, enter the account number and the serial number on the back of your dosimeter (pictured above)
Step 4
– The next screen will show you the most recent quarter dose, the previous 2 years’ doses, and your lifetime dose.
– You can select the “View Details” button in the bottom right of the table to view additional information on your dosimetry Note: If you receive an error, please ensure that you are entering all numbers correctly, as one mistake will cause no record to be found.
