Entering intraprocedural chemo orders for DEBIRI
- Do at least two days in advance
- Go into patient station, and find the IR encounter, open it
- Go into Orders
- Enter irinotectan – will give option: Irinotecan-loaded LC beads 100-300 micron
- Choose 100mg
- Choose 10mL iopamidol
- Phase of care: Radiology
- Choose date and time of procedure
Note- attendings must be credentialed to enter chemo orders, need to complete a module.
