Xianghu 香户 [door with fragrance]

The literal meaning of xiang 香 is fragrant. Originally, xiang was used to describe the smell of ripening crops, later it generally referred to sweet-smelling and things with fragrance. In ancient China, it was also used to refer to beautiful women or describe women’s things with compliments. Hu 户 means door. Here xianghu refers to the door of the young lady Yanyu’s bedroom.
