Langu 蘭谷 [orchid valley]

According to 孔子家语 Kongzi jiayu [Sayings of Confucius]: “Moreover, orchids thrive in deep forests, their fragrance not diminished by lack of admirers. A true gentleman cultivates moral principles and integrity, not swayed by poverty to compromise his principles”且芝蘭生於深林,不以無人而不芳,君子修道立德,不謂窮困而改節.

So langu refers to one’s virtuous characteristics.
