Liangjing shisansheng 两京十三省 [two capitals and thirteen provinces]

The entire country here is referred as liangjing shisansheng 两京十三省 [two capitals and thirteen provinces] is an administrative division used in the Ming dynasty, including Nanjing 南京, Beijing 北京 (two capitals) and Shandong 山东, Zhejiang 浙江, Fujian 福建, Guangdong 广东, Shanxi 山西, Henan 河南, Huguang 湖广, Jiangxi 江西, Guangxi 广西, Yunnan 云南, Sichuan 四川, Guizhou 贵州, Shanxi 陕西 (thirteen provinces). Here shisansheng jingying 十三省京营 [the armies of thirteen provinces and two capitals] are used as a general term to refer to the armies of the entire country.
