Welcome

The Spectrum Lab in Duke University Department of Economics researches policy issues in telecommunications, with a particular focus on U.S. spectrum allocations and broadband delivery. In the past, our projects have covered the 2016 FCC Broadcast Incentive Auction, Net Neutrality, spectrum valuation, geographic license complementarities, and municipal broadband. Since its start in Spring of 2016, over 40 Duke undergraduates have been members of Michelle Connolly’s Spectrum Lab.
