- Knowledge Check Quiz Extension Form – You get 1 extension on the knowledge check quizzes for a particular day no questions asked. This form is checked once a day on business days. After you fill it out, we will email you when we’ve reopened the quiz, and you will have until the next day at 11:59 pm to do the quiz. If you receive no email after 2 business days, email the class email address and ask us the status of your request.
