Enrolling in EMPACT-MI

Research update:

We are now enrolling patients in EMPACT-MI. This clinical trial is investigating the use of empagliflozin in acute MI (NSTEMI or STEMI) patients with either congestion requiring IV diuretic treatment or an LVEF < 45%. Please evaluate all acute MI patients for enrollment. Eligibility criteria can be found here: https://sites.duke.edu/cicu/research/
