Monitoring, Assessments, and Metrics

Throughout the Collaborative Process, Duke EPIC staff members work in concert with Collaborative Leadership and Faculty to keep teams on a track to reach Collaborative goals. Staff members, leadership, and faculty review metric run charts to identify challenges teams face as they apply knowledge gained and use monitoring and assessment to ensure evidence-based practice is implemented with fidelity and is sustainable after the Collaborative.
