| Ms. Anugwom has 10 years of progressive leadership experience at Allina Health, where she develops and oversees the execution of its health equity system strategy. Her work focuses on developing the infrastructure needed to support leaders, employees, and frontline staff in the delivery of inclusive care that eliminates health disparities. Examples range from providing medical literature in a patient’s first language to increasing diversity in health care leadership positions. Ms. Anugwom has volunteered on several international medical mission trips to eastern Nigeria, where she provided health screening and education to communities. |
