Ms. Hasan has over 40 years of progressive healthcare experience as an oncology nurse, a hospital administrator, and a leader of independent community programs. She focuses on engaging community stakeholders in the delivery of end of life care in diverse settings and working with hospice and palliative care providers to provide holistic care. Ms. Hasan builds bridges by creating common agendas and collaborative partnerships to improve care outcomes for all South Carolinians living with advanced illness. She is a Senior Policy Advisor for The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) and is Chairperson of My Life My Choices, a project of the South Carolina Coalition for the Care of the Seriously Ill.
