Ms. Costigan has over nine years of progressive research experience at Penn State University.  She consults with physicians, biostatisticians, and other medical clinicians to develop, implement, analyze, and publish high-quality mixed methods and qualitative research projects.  Ms. Costigan works on Project Talk, an NIH-funded program that engages underserved communities in end of life goal planning using conversational tools, such as an end-of-life conversation game.
