| Dr. Riley has extensive healthcare experience as a medical social worker in acute and critical care areas, including end of life care, psychiatric social work, and psychiatric care. He has held several executive leadership roles in social services administration, university education, and hospice & palliative care relations. Dr. Riley's research interests are healthcare disparities, psychosocial factors as they relate to healthcare and educational success, mediation, and religion in social work. He is widely recognized for his volunteer and community service throughout Central Florida and serves on the Executive Committees of several organizations, including the University of South Florida's Center for Hospice, Palliative Care and End of Life Studies and the Community Foundation of South Lake. |
