Crystallization
We employ the Oryx4 Protein Crystallization Robot to enable high-throughput screening using both sitting-drop and microbatch methods. This system allows for precise and reproducible setup of crystallization trials, significantly accelerating the screening process.
Incubation and Monitoring
Crystallization experiments are supported by a JanSi UVEX incubator, which provides controlled environmental conditions and remote monitoring capabilities. This ensures optimal crystal growth while enabling real-time oversight of experiments, even off-site.
