Sasha Makohon-Moore

I’m a PhD student in the Department of Biology and Program in Cell and Molecular Biology. I’m interested in understanding the evolution of human traits. In the Wray lab I’ve been primarily using induced pluripotent stem cells to study the evolution of adipocytes.

I received my BS in Zoology from Michigan State University where I worked in the labs of Tammy Long and Alex Shingleton.
