Adie BreuerAdi Breuer has devoted his life to inspiring people to lead a mindful life as a means of awakening universal consciousness and creating a peaceful, humane future. Since 2012 Adi has established a regular practice of Mindfulness Meditation, Metta Meditation and a combination of Zazen and Qigong.

He is a multi-faceted leadership coach and senior consultant, leveraging his more than 25 years of experience in corporate management and consulting Global 200 companies as well as building businesses by himself.

Adi specializes in Leadership Development, Executive Impact, Executive & High Potential Coaching, Team Coaching & Development, Workshop Design & Facilitation and Cross-Cultural Awareness.

Using his unique, inclusive and transformation evoking personal style in combination with certified personality assessment instruments (MBTI® and CCL360®) and the proven Co-Active® coaching process, Adi supports people and organizations identify their personal and professional values, strengths and skills and align them for increased productivity and success.

Adi speaks four languages, has lived in New York, Las Vegas, Germany, and Japan and he currently resides in Karuizawa with his wife, four children and Yellow the family Labrador Retriever. In his free time, Adi enjoys playing basketball in three local teams, hiking, power walking, snow shoeing, skiing, camping, reading and traveling.


Vernice GibsonVernice Gibson. With over 15 years of experience including in-depth work with C-Suite executives of global Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofits, Vernice Gibson provides executive coaching, and designs leadership development solutions that generate business results. The foundation of her work in human capital and transformational leadership is based upon adult stages of development theory, creating a unique executive and professional coaching experience tailored to individual leaders and the strategic intent of their business.

Vernice works with executives to uncover leadership strengths, development opportunities and successful decision-making patterns. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive leadership assessments, incorporating quantitative and qualitative feedback to craft a high-level view of leadership impact. After receiving an assessment and six months of follow up coaching, a leader can walk away with a better understanding of how his or her leadership practices influence intended messages, overall effectiveness, development, decision-making and business results.

Companies Vernice has worked with include: The Chicago Tribune, Newsday, Sikorsky Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney, Northrop Grumman, TASC and Girl Scouts of the USA.  Vernice has worked internationally on leadership and community development projects in areas including the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Kenya, Zambia and Nigeria.

As a certified coach, Vernice Gibson has completed coaching certification programs from the Coaches Training Institute, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching through CRR Global, and the Center for Leadership Maturity. She is certified to administer The Leadership Circle 360, and the Myers Briggs, MBTI.  She has been designated by the International Coaching Federation as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), one step below Master Certified Coach. She also utilizes assessments such as Enneagram, Strengthsfinder, and the What’s My Style Communication Assessment.

Vernice graduated from the University of Maryland with an undergraduate degree in Economics. She also holds a Masters degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. She speaks English and is studying Mandarin Chinese.
