Soccer Politics Tonight: Favorites and Dark Horses of the 2018 FIFA World Cup

In preparation for the summer, we conducted a panel discussion regarding 8 favorites and 4 dark horses for this year’s World Cup. For each team, we reviewed a variety of topics such as managers, key players, qualifier results, playing styles, and predicted lineups. At the end of the discussion, we also provided each of our predictions for the tournament’s champion, golden boot, and golden ball.

In preparation for the production of this video, we created 12 team sheets containing key facts about each team that helped us conduct meaningful discussion. Here are the links to those sheets:
