Qualtrics: Ask Before You Start, Keep the End in Mind

Description: A typical survey request is “I need a survey. It should be really easy to create; 10 minutes or so.” Well, maybe….maybe not! Have you ever started creating a survey and didn’t know where to begin or the requestor didn’t completely provide the survey questions and expectations or what was assigned as a small project quickly became much larger and more complex (scope creep)? Come to this session to discuss what questions to ask, how to ask them efficiently and accurately, how Qualtrics can be leveraged for complex surveys particularly for research and evaluation, and keeping the end in mind for reporting needs. Audience participation will be encouraged to share your trials and tribulations managing survey requests and creating them. No one wants to contribute to the ‘survey graveyard.’
