Software: CNAP (Conditional Neutrality-Antagonistic Pleiotropy

The CNAP software is freely available with complete source code under a non-commercial use license. Currently we are finalizing license wording and automated web distribution. The Users Guide and example input files are available for download from this site. Meanwhile, for Python source code to run these analyses, please email Tom Mitchell-Olds (tmo1@duke.edu).
