What is DBT? Workshop

Date: February 26th, 5:30PM-7:30PM

Description: Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a treatment approach originally developed for individuals with borderline personality disorder and chronic suicidal behavior. It has since been used to help many people who struggle with emotions. This workshop will provide an introduction to DBT to help individuals understand the treatment and its components.
