27 March, Admiral Kurt Tidd, USN visits Duke

Admiral Kurt Tidd, the Commander of US Southern Command, stopped by Duke on 27 March.  In a small group session with the fellows, Admiral Tidd covered the transnational threats afflicting Latin America, the innovative ways that SOUTHCOM is supporting US country teams, and the need to enhance inter-agency approaches to partner nations.
