The site license for ScreenConnect has been renewed. The new license is now available for Duke IT Staff on the software distribution site here: https://software.duke.edu/node/170
Only Duke IT staff may gain access to ScreenConnect software for installation. This page is not used to request access to an existing server instance of ScreenConnect, but rather for the software and license to set up your own ScreenConnect server.
Please note: If you currently have a ScreenConnect instance running, once the license is renewed, you will need to apply the new license within 72 hours.
