Sleep Interview and Diaries

The sleep interview lasts about 30 minutes and involves answering questions about your sleep quantity and quality.

Sleep diaries allow our therapist to tailor your sleep prescription. You will be asked to record your sleep times and quality before assessments and during CBT-I. If you are enrolled and need to complete your sleep diary, please go to the Sleep Diary.

Sample interview questions:

● Have you ever had a problem such as difficulty getting to sleep, difficulty staying asleep, or waking up too early?
● How many nights per week do you have sleep difficulties?

Sample diary questions:

● What time did you get into bed?
● How long did it take you to fall asleep?
● How would you rate the quality of your sleep? (Very Poor, Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good)
