Early Registration (Deadline Friday, May 13, 2022) Fees* are as follows:

Trainee Registration fee is $50:
Undergraduate students – $50
Graduate students – $50
Postdoctoral fellows – $50
Faculty, Staff, and Other Registration Fee is $100:
Faculty – $100
Staff – $100
All other non-trainee registration –  $100

Please note that all registrants will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry.  Booster vaccination is strongly encouraged.

Registration fees cover abstract submission, coffee breaks, lunches, and the Saturday dinner.

The link to submit your abstract will be included in the registration confirmation email and the maximum word count for abstracts is 350. Please note that you will not receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract submission.

*After the early bird deadline registration fees will increase to $70 for trainees and $120 for faculty.
