Emma was a National Science Policy Network (NSPN) Fellow working with the Duke Rethinking Diplomacy Program/Space Diplomacy Lab through 2023/2024 with a focus on Climate and Space Diplomacy. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Georgia State University in 2025.
