- Ruvini Kurukulasooriya, a PhD student of Ruhuna University started to work on the research study titled “One Health approach to the epidemiology of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus isolated from humans, animals, and animal products in southern Sri Lanka” in July 2019, under the supervision of Ajith Nagahawatte, Dr. Gayani Tillekeratne, and Dr. Gaya Wijayaratne.
