Pre-Implementation evaluation of facility-wide antibiograms in low-and middle-income countries:

A qualitative study of physician knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions in secondary and tertiary care hospitals in Galle, Sri Lanka, was initiated last month by Lorenna Garcia-Bochas as a part of her MSc program offered by Duke University. Currently, she’s in  Sri Lanka working on the study, conducting interviews with physicians of medicine and pediatric wards at Teaching Hospital Karapitiya, with the support of Dr. Sherine Nanayakkara who is the Research Assistant at Duke-Ruhuna Research Centre, Faculty of Medicine.
