Nora Guge, PT, DPT, PCS is a senior physical therapist with Duke Health and a board-certified pediatric clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Washington University and is a graduate of the pediatric residency at Duke. Nora is a co-coordinator and an acute care mentor for Duke’s Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency, a staff mentor and a teaching assistant in various courses in the Duke University Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Her areas of special interest include pediatric acute care physical therapy, physical therapy for children with congenital heart defects, and early mobility in the ICU.
