Elizabeth Nixon

Elizabeth Nixon, PT, DPT is a clinical services coordinator at Duke Health and is the Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency co-coordinator. She is a board-certified neurologic and geriatric clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina and completed the Duke Health Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency. Her practice areas of focus include neurologic conditions, geriatrics, movement disorders, concussion and aquatics. Additionally, she’s engaged in professional service on the state and national level and currently serves as the APTA North Carolina Chief Delegate.
