Amanda Heath, PT, DPT, CLT is a physical therapist with Duke Health. She is board certified in both women’s health and oncology rehabilitation through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University and completed the women’s health physical therapy residency through Duke University Health System. She serves as a mentor with both the women’s health and oncology physical therapy residency program, and she serves as a staff mentor. Her areas of practice include pelvic health (male, female and pediatric), pregnancy and postpartum related physical therapy, oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema treatment. More than anything, she enjoys getting to know her patients and their priorities for their care. She works together with patients to create a treatment plan that works best for them with a strong focus on improving quality of life.
