Complete the billing forshared resources (Core Research), monthly billing (SAP). Monitor and place all animal orders for lab personnel (input information in database to track quantity/type/order dates/arrival dates of animals/location of housing of animals for all protocols). Organize all lectures/retreats within the office (this entails notification of lecture dates to all personnel invited, selecting the venue, the menu, the caterer, preparing notification of Duke personnel (posters/announcements in Duke write-ups), select/book flights for out-of-town physicians, book hotels, secure honorariums (if required), organize talks and programs of the lecture (set-up powerpoint presentations compiled in order of lecture). Review all travel/expenditures of professor/lab personnel in office, reconciling back to proper code.
