Bea Schleupner completed a 6-week project interviewing and compiling stories of Roanoke, Virginia residents during the pandemic. Thanks for sharing these interviews Bea! I found the valence contrast between the one-word descriptions to be quite interesting (ex. compassionate vs. trauma). How did you pick out the individual people you interviewed in your community? Is there another person you would have liked to interview given the chance?
