There is no point in getting in a few perfect night’s sleep here and there if you are going to lack consistency with this healthy habit. At the end of the day, consistency is key. If your sleeping pattern is consistent (most of the time, of course), then you have the best possible chance of being your healthiest self. If you have an unhealthy relationship with sleep, that instability is more likely to manifest in unhealthy ways in your body. This obviously has negative impacts on the sleep health and wellness you live out and your quality of life in general. Thankfully, individuals are beginning to take more notice of their sleeping habits and are being more actively engaged in transforming them into healthy habits. It is an ongoing process that takes time, but when you only have one body and one life, it is entirely and without exception worth it – every single time.
