2018 Annual Pig Pickin

2018 Annual Pig Pickin

Once again, the PhD Program Pig Pickin hosted by Dr. Herman Staats was a southern classic good time! PhD Students, Graduate Faculty, family and friends gathered at the Staats Ranch on May 5th for classic BBQ and all the trimmings. Pork and Chicken were expertly prepared by Dr. Staats on the big smoker, and  veggies, beans, and banana pudding with refreshing ice tea and more were served up southern style!  Corn hole, Badminton, Kan jam, and lawn twister were among  lots of fun activities, and front porch rockers, swings, hammock and shady picnic areas provided the rest. Thank you to Dr. Staats and Janet for another perfect day in the country.
