She is currently in the process of completing her PhD in rehabilitation science at the University of Pittsburgh, where her dissertation is focused on lower extremity musculoskeletal injury prevention in college athletes.
Mallory’s research is dedicated to lower extremity musculoskeletal injury prevention, athlete performance enhancement, lower extremity biomechanics in healthy and injured populations, and lower extremity injury rehabilitation.
Mallory married Andrew in March of 2015, after a chance meeting at Starbucks, where Andrew skipped the line to avoid a parking ticket. Andrew is a graduate of Seton Hall and owns a video production company, focused on weddings and other important life milestones. They have one dog, Remy (4 years old), who is so important that he got an entire production company named after him, Remington Place Productions! All three are thrilled to move to North Carolina and start a new adventure. The Pittsburgh winters will not be missed! Mallory, Andrew, and Remy are excited about all the new opportunities here in North Carolina and Duke!
