Congratulations to Douglas W. Schreyack, DPM, JD, who was selected to receive the Overall Provider Strength, Hope, and Caring Award for Fiscal Year 2016. This means that the nomination that led to Dr. Schreyack’s quarterly award on December 18, 2016, was considered against the other quarterly provider award winners and was considered to be an exceptional example of providing great care to our patients and families.

The award will be presented at the Annual Strength, Hope, and Caring Gala the evening of May 19, 2016.
