Call the Off-Tour Coordinator and ask them to contact the on-call dialysis RN for you. The Off-Tour Coordinator will have the call list and will call the RN on your behalf and provide your call back number for the RN to discuss the treatment plan with you.

The best way to reach the OTC is via their direct cell phone number (919-210-8182) which they carry on their person at all times after hours (go ahead and add it to your phone contact list now!) The physical office phone number is 17-6322 but they may not be in the office at all times.  The OTC is an RN, which helps alleviate some of the previous issues with the operator not having enough knowledge of how to appropriately route calls (i.e. renal vs. nephrology vs. dialysis)

If you can’t remember the OTC phone number, you can always call the  operator and they can provide.
